The Opportunity:

We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions that solve complex challenges. You will lead and grow an engineering team. You will work closely with business leaders, enterprise architects, and technology partners to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready applications.

You bring deep hands-on experience with modern AI and LLM technologies, a strong foundation in software engineering, and experience leading teams to ship meaningful, real-world solutions.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Lead and mentor a team of AI and software engineers, promoting, collaboration, and career growth while ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Improve end-to-end development of custom AI solutions from architecture and experimentation through production deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with enterprise and solution architects, and business stakeholders to prioritize work, define technical roadmaps, and delivery measurable outcomes
  • Establish engineering best practices for AI development, including MLOps, LLMOps, testing, observability, security, governance, and responsible AI
  • Evaluate latest AI technologies and frameworks, and guide the use of scalable, reusable platforms and patterns to accelerate AI solution delivery

Your Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading engineering teams delivering enterprise ready solutions
  • 2+ years industry experience with focus on building and deploying AI and GenAI applications
  • Broad technology experience throughout systems development lifecycle, and various areas of technology architecture (infrastructure, application architecture, data architecture, integration)
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector databases
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, APIs, DevOps/MLOps, with experience deploying AI solutions in platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical concepts to partners, and balance innovation with security, governance, and responsible AI practices
  • Experience with the investment management and wealth management industry
  • Be a coach, building the design and development skills of other team members
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
