Responsibilities

  • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs: Example: Lead community outreach/ events, preplanning seminars at churches, non-profits, unions
  • Hold daily meetings with sales advisors to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are being met
  • Meet personal sales performance requirements monthly. This is a selling position.
  • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
  • Ensure that all staff are trained on products and services, and understand what inventory and spaces are available
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
  • Provide support to the sales team to help grow the success of the advisors and the company
  • Observe and ride along with sales advisors prospecting and sales activities
  • Certify advisors in the perfection of presentations
  • Ensure daily prospecting occurs so that advisors pre-need sales presentations and sales results are meeting company minimum standards
  • Keep thorough records of leads, referrals, closing ratios, and after-service follow-up results

Requirements

  • Ability to self-generate prospects and teach others to do the same
  • Must be proficient using computers and computer applications
  • Experience using a CRM to track and follow up on prospects/leads
  • Two years sales experience is preferred
  • One year leadership or management experience preferred
  • High integrity, empathy, and a passion for helping others
  • A strong desire to assist families while earning a competitive income
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual Preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (included in background)
  • Pre-employment background check
  • Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
