TriVector's Experience and exceptional Performance adds measurable Value to every project. TriVector Services, Inc., is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Mid-Level Jira Analyst position.
The Jira Analyst will provide support to NASA's Human Landing System (HLS). The candidate will work with a ride range of technical disciplines and project leadership at Marshall Space Flight Center. The primary responsibilities of the position may include (but are not limited to):
  • Gather requirements for processes, and determine ways to build/optimize/improve software tools in Jira and confluence
  • Provide application support for JIRA and Confluence across the Human Landing System (HLS) Program
  • Create JIRA projects, queries and reports as required
  • Experience with performing all areas of JIRA administration, including systems administration, application management, change control, risk management and validation and verification for multiple product baselines
  • Support SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence users
  • Work with project leads to create custom dashboards
  • Utilizes design skills to define JIRA workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high impact projects
  • Support and configure JIRA plugins as required
  • Generate documentation and training for Jira workflows and processes
  • Maintain awareness of Agency Application changes to Atlassian tools and manage licenses.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field or a related technical discipline
  • Must have a minimum of 10+ years total experience with 5+ years working directly with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence)
  • Experience working in a technical field while interacting with multiple focus areas or elements
  • Familiar with Engineering projects and processes
