We are seeking a Level II Application Support Analyst to join the Enterprise Applications team, supporting a portfolio of critical business systems. This team is responsible for managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, identity and access platforms, IT service management tools, and enterprise integrations.
This role will play a key part in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise applications, with strong exposure to API integrations and emerging mobile applications.

Successful candidates excel at and enjoy:

  • Provide Tier 2 support for enterprise applications, troubleshooting and resolving production issues
  • Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment
  • Analyze issues across applications, integrations, and data flows

Your previous experience includes:
  • 2–5+ years of Application Support / Systems Analyst experience
  • Hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications
  • Exposure to API integrations and troubleshooting

Salary: $80k - $95k
