As an Enterprise Application Support Analyst, you will support the day-to-day operation of critical enterprise applications that power utility operations. Working within an Application Operations team, you'll troubleshoot production issues, support application integrations, monitor system performance, and ensure business-critical applications remain stable and available.

This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments who enjoys solving technical problems, working with Linux and Oracle technologies, and collaborating across infrastructure, development, and business teams.

Your Day-to-Day Activities
  • Monitor and support enterprise applications operating in production environments

  • Troubleshoot application, system, interface, and integration issues using established operational procedures

  • Investigate production incidents and perform root cause analysis to restore services quickly

  • Support Linux and Unix servers hosting enterprise applications

  • Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to investigate data, validate transactions, and resolve application issues

  • Support Oracle databases and enterprise application integrations

  • Monitor application health using enterprise monitoring and alerting tools

  • Participate in incident management, problem management, and production support activities

  • Support application releases, deployments, and change management processes

  • Analyze application performance and recommend improvements to system reliability and operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, development, database, and business teams to resolve complex production issues

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks

  • Communicate technical issues and system status clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments

  • Experience troubleshooting Linux or Unix operating systems
