  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

  • Experience handling critical production incidents and major incident management.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Expertise in AWS - EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), Lambda, VPC, Auto Scaling, Elastic Load Balancer (ALB/NLB), Route 53, CloudFormation, ECS/EKS (preferred)
  • Expertise in Application Support - Production Support (L2/L3), Incident, Problem, and Change Management, SLA & KPI Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Performance Tuning, Application Monitoring, Release & Deployment Support
  • Strong Knowledge in SQL / NoSQL Databases, Query optimisation & performance analysis.
  • Experience in Linux/Unix and Windows systems
