Description
Grassland Dairy is seeking dependable, hardworking candidates to join our team for the summer season.. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience while earning competitive pay in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
Starting wage is based on experience, qualifications and skills.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and pre-employment testing.
A conviction record or pending charge will not automatically disqualify an applicant and will be evaluated based on job relevance in compliance with applicable laws.
Available Schedules:
  • 1st shift -- 6:00 a.m - 2:30 p.m.
  • 2nd shift -- 2:30 p.m. - 10:30 pm
  • Monday through Friday, every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

**Empoyees receive a day off during the regular Monday through Friday work week when a weekend shift is scheduled**
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with production and packaging operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards
  • Perform general labor and support tasks as assigned

Position Requirements
  • Ability to follow safety procedures, food safety requirements, and company policies.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying materials
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing environments.
  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to safely use basic hand tools and cleaning equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
