Job description

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision, defining the strategy, and driving the execution of a meaningful part of our marketplace. You will pioneer a standard of customer obsession, analytical rigor, and AI-augmented velocity that makes fundamentally better for our hosts and renters across all 50 states.
A Typical Day
  • Ship product and deliver measurable impact, fast
  • Lead cross-functional groups to execute against company objectives
  • Communicate concisely and influence outcomes across all levels
  • Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across teams, cross-functional partners, and the executive team
  • Define and analyze the metrics that signal product success and health
  • Advocate for the customer with a deep understanding of their needs
  • Weigh the cost/benefit of maintaining product features vs. building new ones
  • Own the answers to product questions - prioritization, status, and the "why" behind decisions

About You
  • 2+ years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role
  • Experience with consumer internet products or marketplaces is a plus
  • AI power user - you use tools like Claude, Cursor, and similar daily to accelerate research, spec writing, prototyping, and decision-making
  • Proficient in using data to inform decisions and uncover business opportunities
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills
  • Comfort with a dynamic, fast-growing, flat culture
  • Able to drive problem and solution discovery with minimal supervision
  • Able to quickly absorb complex concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
