At its core, EDMO is built to reimagine & streamline admissions—making them smarter, quicker, and more human-centric.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead our product vision and strategy at the intersection of AI and higher education. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full product lifecycle, drive roadmap decisions, and build world-class solutions that redefine how universities engage and support students. The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of product management experience, with a strong background in SaaS and AI or EdTech environments.

What You'll Do
  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in close partnership with the leadership, engineering, design, and AI teams.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management — from discovery, prioritisation, and requirements definition through to delivery, go-to-market, and iteration.
  • Translate complex business and user needs into clear product specifications, success metrics, and measurable outcomes.
  • Engage directly with university product and enrollment leaders to gather deep customer insights, validate problems, and shape product direction.
  • Drive evidence-based decision-making through rigorous data analysis, user feedback, and market research.
  • Oversee backlog management, agile sprint ceremonies, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of customer-centricity, speed, and impact.
What We're Looking For
  • 8–10 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role within a SaaS and AI or EdTech company.
  • Strong technical fluency - able to engage confidently with engineering, data science, and AI teams.
  • Proven track record of shipping scalable, enterprise-grade products from 0→1 and beyond.
  • Experience with Salesforce, higher education systems, or student lifecycle platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences.
  • Deep passion for building meaningful products that make education more accessible and impactful.
Bonus Points
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM-based workflows into enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with university CRMs such as Slate, Ellucian, or Salesforce Education Cloud.
  • Prior startup or early-stage product experience.
Why Join Us
  • Be part of a category-defining company trusted by the largest online universities and backed by leading investors.
  • Work on products that genuinely transform lives and reshape the future of learning.
  • Competitive salary
  • performance bonuses
  • a variety of perks.
  • A lean, high-velocity team that values impact and innovation over bureaucracy.
