  • Coordinate the setup of infrastructure components (VMs, OS, VLANs, firewall rules, middleware such as MQ or sFTP).
  • Install, configure, and upgrade SWIFT applications across test and production environments.
  • Migrate and adapt system scripts and automated jobs (ksh/bash), ensuring continuity and stability during transitions.
  • Coordinate and support integration testing, ensuring systems and interfaces are fully operational before business validation.
  • Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution, working closely with infrastructure teams, application support, and external vendors.
  • Prepare and maintain deployment documentation, runbooks, and go-live checklists, ensuring smooth handover to production support teams.
  • Coordinate production releases and go-live activities, ensuring proper execution within change management frameworks.
  • Contribute to both BAU and change initiatives, with a focus on system reliability, stability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a hands-on integration, deployment, or production support role within a banking or critical systems environment.
  • Strong experience working with Linux/Unix systems, including scripting (bash/ksh).
  • Good knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL for troubleshooting and data validation.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT platforms or similar systems (payments, messaging, or trading).
  • Experience working with middleware or system interfaces (e.g., MQ, sFTP).
