Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$46.64 - $72.29 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Application Analyst III- Cardiology

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Application Analyst III- Cardiology
  • Location: Warrenville, IL
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full time
  • Hybrid
  • Nights, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed for on-call
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
  • Nights, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed for on-call and other support activities

What you will do:

  • Lead the design, documentation, implementation and testing of software/application solutions.
  • Monitor and manage the timely resolution/closure of assigned tickets both individually and for the team.
  • Lead medium/large sized projects following PMO defined processes.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of application documentation/build standards.
  • Assist in identifying and prioritizing the work for the team
  • Prepare reports and presentations on project/team activities and results as requested.
  • Serve as a domain expert resource for other team members including mentoring junior team members.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Partner with senior stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations
  • Stay at the forefront of the relevant technologies and share knowledge with the organization
  • Contribute to the development of industry standards and best practices for the team

What you will need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Seven (7) or more years of experience relevant to assigned portfolio in a healthcare setting or related industry
  • Able to communicate with operational/senior leadership with no direction or coaching.
  • Promotes effect written and verbal communication among peers across the organization and executive leadership.
  • Serves as a key point person for technical and operational leadership for problem resolution and project management.
  • Able to provide technical leadership, guidance, and coaching with little to no supervision.
  • Utilizes effective analytical and troubleshooting skills with no assistance at an expert level.
  • Continually seeks to utilize technology to improve systems and procedures/processes.
  • Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist.
  • Able to operate with substantial latitude in acting and making decisions without supervision.
  • Able to mentor and educate junior team members
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Embraces and promotes a culture of continuous improvement
  • Lead projects independently, Syngo, Muse and CCW knowledge (preferred)
