Summary:

Osaic is redefining digital experiences for financial professionals, creating solutions that help advisors, their teams, and their clients thrive in a rapidly evolving market. As a Senior Product Manager, Digital Solutions, you will lead the discovery and delivery of innovative digital products, translating complex problems into actionable solutions that delight customers and drive business impact.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for dashboards, performance insights, portfolio analytics, growth metrics, and practice intelligence tools — from early-stage exploration and rapid prototyping to validated concepts and scalable production solutions — to empower advisors to make informed, data-driven decisions. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and business partners. You will leverage modern tools and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate learning, test hypotheses, and make data-informed decisions, ensuring that each product initiative delivers measurable value.

We are seeking a product manager who thinks strategically, acts decisively, and thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments. You will bring curiosity, analytical rigor, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences, shaping the future of digital solutions in financial services. At Osaic, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the market, drive innovation at scale, and work with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Education Requirements:

Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Own product discovery and strategy, defining and communicating a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap grounded in customer needs, business objectives, and validated learning.

  • Lead early-stage discovery through rapid experimentation, using research, prototyping, and AI-assisted tools to test hypotheses, explore solution options, and reduce risk before engineering investment.

  • Translate complex problems into clear, testable product concepts, leveraging lightweight prototypes, interactive models, and structured artifacts to align stakeholders and teams on intent and outcomes.

  • Partner closely with design and engineering to evolve validated concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions, ensuring clear handoffs while preserving engineering ownership of implementation.

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization, balancing speed, quality, and long-term platform considerations.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, synthesizing market research, competitive insights, usability testing, and direct customer feedback into actionable product decisions.

  • Define success metrics and analyze performance, using qualitative and quantitative data to measure outcomes, inform prioritization, and guide iteration.

  • Manage trade-offs across scope, cost, schedule, and customer impact, making principled decisions that balance business goals with technical feasibility.

  • Communicate product progress and insights to senior leadership, using clear narratives, data, and visual artifacts to influence strategic direction.

  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled product practices, to continuously improve product discovery, delivery, and customer experience.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of product strategy, discovery, and delivery in complex or fast-paced environments.

  • Strong product discovery and problem-framing skills, including the ability to translate ambiguity into testable hypotheses and actionable product direction.

  • Comfort with rapid prototyping and experimentation, using modern tools (e.g., design, no/low-code, or AI-assisted tools) to explore and validate ideas — not to replace engineering, but to accelerate learning and alignment.

  • Strong analytical capability, with experience defining metrics, interpreting data, and using insights to drive product decisions.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including experience presenting product strategy, trade-offs, and outcomes to senior leaders.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, partnering effectively with design, engineering, business, and operational stakeholders.

  • Working knowledge of modern product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and how they apply across discovery and delivery.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Financial services industry experience, particularly with independent broker/dealers, RIAs, or advisor-facing platforms.

  • Experience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate product discovery, such as generating prototypes, simulating workflows, or exploring edge cases during early concept development.

  • Experience building portfolio analytics, performance reporting, or practice management dashboards, including familiarity with financial data domains including trades, holdings, client segmentation, billing, and compensation.

  • Experience embedding analytics within CRM, portfolio management, or advisor workstation platforms.

  • Strong technical fluency, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed decision-making around feasibility, architecture trade-offs, and sequencing (without owning production code).

  • Hands-on experience with customer research and usability testing, including translating insights into product direction and prototype iteration.

  • Proven ability to influence without authority, driving alignment across diverse teams and competing priorities.

  • Comfort operating with high autonomy, demonstrating judgment, initiative, and accountability in ambiguous problem spaces.

  • Servant leadership mindset, providing guidance and clarity to scrum teams while offering thought leadership within your product domain.
