About the Role:
Join Ace Appliance as a Major Appliance Salesperson and become an integral part of our Family Owned & Operated company.  We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are eager to assist customers in finding the ideal appliances for their homes, we provide training. The position requires availability 5- days per week. Saturdays and weekdays, totaling 40 hours per week. You will get two days off per week. Saturdays hours are from 10am -6pm six hours . Position is base salary plus bonuses & commission and full benefit package. Total average annual pay $68,000 to $74,000 with full benefit's.   
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to assess their appliance needs and provide customized solutions. 
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer knowledge and satisfaction. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom to ensure an inviting shopping atmosphere. 
  • Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using our point-of-sale system. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and promotions to effectively inform customers. 
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives and enhance customer service. 
  • Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. 
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in major appliances or home goods. 
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. 
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays. 
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is advantageous. 
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others. 
Familiarity with appliance brands and features is a plus.
