Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to customers homes and businesses and diagnose and repair their existing appliances. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction is a top priority.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client requests for appliance service.
  • Evaluate and diagnose home appliance problems.
  • Estimate the costs of appliance repair and service.
  • Repair appliances
  • Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services.
  • Adhere to manufacturer recommendations.
  • Teach homeowners how to operate their appliances.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Associates degree or appliance repair certification preferred.
  • Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferred.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent attendance record
