Job description

Role and Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and installation schedules.


  • Follow and enable a culture where Arizona Home and Appliance Core Values come to life.
  • Safely, accurately, and timely receive, inspect, verify, rotate stock, pull, and stage all material.
  • Safely operate a forklift (order picker, squeeze clamp, basaloid, forklift) to move materials.
  • Safely operate a pallet jack and hand truck to move materials.
  • Safely move material by hand.
  • Unload and load semi-trailers and box trucks.
  • Use technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
  • Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
  • Keep up with all training requirements via online technology
  • Associate will be working as part of a small team but should be able to work independently



Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education
  • Prior warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is required.
  • Basic English communication skills required to follow instructions, complete tasks, and maintain workplace safety
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Mechanical skills and willingness to learn
  • Must be able to lift 75-pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally



Preferred Skills

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Previous forklift certification
