Sales Associate – Appliance Retail

while delivering a personalized, “white-glove” customer experience. Through our partnership with BrandSource, a national buying group with over $20 billion in purchasing power, we compete with
big-box retailers while maintaining exceptional service.

Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team at our location. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships,
and thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers in selecting appliances that best meet their needs
• Build strong customer relationships through active listening and effective communication
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked showroom
• Develop and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Compensation
• Expected Earnings: $55,000 – $100,000+ per year (based on performance)
• $1,000 signing bonus (see store for details)

Schedule
• Full-time (approximately 5 days per week)
• Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends
