Job description

TITLE: Commercial Lines Insurance Account Tech

ABOUT THE JOB:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Account Technician to support a Commercial Lines team. This position plays a key role in assisting with policy administration, client service, account maintenance, and new business activities. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will support the servicing of existing commercial insurance accounts and assist with new business account set-ups and much more. An active Property & Casualty Insurance License must be obtained within six months of hire as a condition of continued employment.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word, with working knowledge of Excel
