The Opportunity:

You understand your customer's environment and how to develop the right systems for their mission. Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused engineering solution.

As a lead MuleSoft Architect on our team, you'll have the chance to shape Government systems by leading API and integration efforts across multiple low-code/no-code and legacy systems. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these tools, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. On our team, you'll be able to broaden your skillset into additional technologies such as Pega, Appian, and Salesforce data integrations. Grow your skills by deploying your existing AI and commercial technology into the Federal public sector.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience with data integration or API development

  • Experience with MuleSoft integration across multiple tools, including Salesforce

  • Experience using AI tools to expedite MuleSoft development and testing

  • Knowledge of API-led architecture, MuleSoft, identity, data contracts, system decomposition, and enterprise integration in regulated environments

  • Ability to design reusable APIs and integration patterns that connect legacy and modern platforms, reduce data silos, and support phased modernization

  • Ability to own interface design, contract-first integration, error handling, telemetry, and integration governance

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience designing and building MuleSoft integrations and APIs to support data exchange across systems

  • Experience working with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical documentation

  • Experience connecting MuleSoft solutions with existing platforms, troubleshooting issues efficiently, and documenting integration processes

  • Ability to test integration thoroughly and apply quality assurance best practices

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Platform Architect or Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Platform Integration Architect Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
