Product Development Manager / Director

We're partnering with a rapidly growing consumer products company on a newly created Product Development leadership opportunity.


The company has built a strong presence within the natural consumer products space and is entering an exciting stage of growth. With significant momentum, an expanding product portfolio, and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for someone to lead innovation and product development efforts across the business.


This role will own the full product development lifecycle from concept through commercialization and will play a key role in shaping the future product roadmap.


What You'll Be Doing

• Drive new product innovation from ideation through launch

• Identify market trends, consumer insights, and whitespace opportunities

• Manage relationships with external manufacturing and formulation partners

• Lead product commercialization efforts across multiple product categories

• Oversee product specifications, ingredient documentation, and bill of materials

• Evaluate product costs, margins, and opportunities for optimization

• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and leadership teams

• Support packaging development, including materials, formats, and structural design considerations

• Experience leading product development for formulated consumer products
