We are seeking a skilled and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of our apartment complex. You will work closely with the property manager to ensure that all maintenance requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Pay starts at $17.00 per hour. This job is for 24 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems (if certified)
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and complete work orders in a timely manner
