Work Schedule: Full Time 8:00 a.m. –6 p.m., must be willing to work weekends

JOB SUMMARY:  Apartment Complex Manager specializing in:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: 

  • Results-driven property manager with experience
  • Supervising apartment complex operations
  • Managing Vendor relationships
  • Resolving tenant concerns
  • Coordinating maintenance teams.
  • Improving occupancy and resident retention.
  • Oversees daily operations of multi-family residential community.
  • Lead and supervise a team
  • Manage rent collections and close delinquency
  • Coordinate move-outs and ensure timely unit turnover
  • Financial performance
  • Supported rent collections and delinquency
  • Move-ins, renewals, and lease documentation
  • Maintained occupancy goals
  • Collections and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have previous experience
