Optimize Partners is an executive search and consulting firm that provides top-tier talent for technology focused organizations. We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter to support global sales hiring (US, EMEA & APAC) for our client, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the data management space. This is a 6-month remote (US only) assignment.
Responsibilities:
  • Own full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for Go-To-Market (GTM) positions, including customer success, enterprise sales, sales leadership and sales ops.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source GTM candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, AI sourcing tools, and networking.
  • Review resumes, screen candidates, build and manage talent pipelines, and provide a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, and report recruiting metrics to stakeholders as needed.
  • Negotiate offers and help ensure GTM job positions are filled in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Go-To-Market (GTM) sales recruiting, preferably in high-growth B2B tech environments.
  • Strong understanding of sales skills, sales job functions, and industry trends.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g. Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, etc.)
  • Global recruiting experience in EMEA and/or APAC is a plus!
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
