Overview of the Accounting Clerk-AP/AR role:

  • Process vendor invoices with a 3-way match
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with payment processing and check runs
  • Cash applications, post payments
  • Reconciling and balancing accounts
  • Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
  • Communicating with vendors in a timely and professional manner regarding inquiries, invoicing, and discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Clerk-AP/AR:

  • Experience with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, with emphasis on AP
