Benefit Summary: PTO MN S&S time; 401 K with company match.
Job Summary: The Ambulatory Care RN under the direction of the Clinic Nurse Supervisor, and/or Director of Clinic Operations, will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide direct care to patients in the Clinic setting. Provide and assist with Wound care, Care Coordination, Chronic Disease Management, Patient Education/Teaching, Triage functions as needed, and various other nursing services and interventions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • MN RN Licensure
  • BLS Certification
  • Associate's degree in nursing
  • Clinic experience 1 year minimum (LPN or RN)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Anticoagulation, Diabetic, Wound, and/or Chronic Disease Management Certification
  • Background knowledge of Registration and/or Patient Access functions.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • At least 3 years of Clinic experience (LPN or RN), continuing education toward BSN or Public Health Certification.
