Position
- RN- Labor and Deliver
Facility- Providence Saint John's Health Center
Address- 2121 Santa Monica Blvd Santa Monica, CA 90404
Contract- 13 Weeks
Shift- 19:00 - 07:00
Rate- Traveler $74/hr | Local $66/hr
Unit Details:
4 Antepartum Rooms
9 Labor & Delivery / High-Risk Rooms
3 Triage Bays
No on-call required
May float to Postpartum as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
Fetal heart rate monitoring
High-risk pregnancy assessment and care
Assist with vaginal deliveries and C-sections
Provide labor support and clinical interventions
Needs to be able to work in an OR suite during C-section (standard equipment)
Additional Expectations:
May be assigned to Postpartum if Perinatal RN staffing is limited
Must be able to provide couplet care (mother and newborn)
Preferred: Able to assume newborn role during deliveries
Bonus if skilled in broader postpartum/newborn care
