ANR is seeking a motivated, organized, and compassionate Program Manager to oversee program operations and staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.ย  This leadership role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a mission-driven environment and is passionate about supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities.ย  Working closely with the Director, the Program Manager will help plan, develop, and implement services that align with ANRโ€™s mission while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and person-centered support.

  • Full-time - 40 hours/week
  • Monday โ€“ Friday, daylight hours
  • Participation in an on-call rotation is required
  • Hyrid position with primarily remote work โ€“ great for work/life balance!ย 
  • Travel mileage reimbursement provided at the current state rate
  • Salary - $52,000/year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and submit data in a timely manner to ensure program(s) operations are compliant with policies and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Manage all personnel matters including hiring, supervision, training, and evaluation of assigned staff.
  • Maintain good working relationships across departments and programs internally as well as with governmental agencies and community organizations.
  • Assist Director in planning, developing, and executing services in line with ANRโ€™s mission
  • Maintain and utilize working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the field.
  • Other duties as assigned to achieve the mission of the agency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities or other disabilities
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Current certification as an ODP Certified Investigator, or willingness to successfully complete the training program upon hire.ย  ANR pays for these trainings!
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
  • Knowledge of community resources
  • Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required
  • Valid PA driverโ€™s license and proof of auto insurance
