Job description

Job Summary: 

Anova is looking for dependable, quality-focused team members to join our Production and Powder Coating teams. These teams play an important role in manufacturing the durable, high-quality outdoor furnishings our customers depend on. We have expanded our production facilities and invested in a new powder coating line and CNC production equipment.

Team members work in a hands-on manufacturing environment and may be responsible for preparing parts and materials, loading and unloading production equipment, powder coating components, assembling products, inspecting finished work, packaging, and supporting the flow of materials throughout production. Employees work together to meet production goals while maintaining expectations for quality, safety, efficiency, and workmanship.

  • 4-10 Hour Day work schedule (Monday-Thursday, with overtime done on Friday's)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Report any malfunctions, safety issues, or defective products to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
  • Package finished products and prepare them for shipment or storage.
  • Record production data and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus but not required.
  • Basic math, measurement and computer skills.
  • Frequent lifting, walking and standing in a fast based production environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.

Work Environment:

  • May be exposed to loud noises, machinery, and varying temperatures.
  • Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
