Join uson theSalesteamas aSales Support Specialist.In thisroleyou willprovide essential administrative and operational support to the sales team to help streamline processes,maintainaccuratedata, and ensure smooth deal execution.You will work closely with Sales Directors, Business Development Managers, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams to process quotes and orders, manage CRM data, andassistwith reporting. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process quotes, orders, and customer documents accurately andin accordance withcompany policies.

• Maintainand update CRM records, ensuring data accuracy across accounts, opportunities, and pipelines.

• Provide day-to-day support to sales team members by answering questionsregardingprocesses, tools, and deal requirements.

• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Success, and Finance to ensuretimelyinformation flow and issue resolution.

• Supportonboarding ofnew salesteam members with process guidelines and tool training.

• Identifyareas for improving workflow efficiency and suggest enhancements to Sales Operations.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, pricing guidelines, and documentation standards.

Whatyoullneed to succeed:

Minimum Requirements-

• 1 year of experience in sales support, administrative support, or customer operations roles

• Proficiencywith CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Physical Requirements-

• Ability to perform typical office tasks, including sitting or standing for extended periods, using a computer, communicating effectively, and occasionally lifting light items
