Description:

Join a company recognized as one of Fortune's Top 25 Best Places to Work. Apply to Anova today.

Anova Health Care System is looking for a compassionate, driven registered nurse to deliver the highest-quality care to patients in their own homes. We believe that hiring great people and helping them grow leads to the best outcomes for those in our care. You'll get flexible hours, competitive pay, and real room to develop. If you're looking for more than a place to work, and want a place to build a career, we'd like to meet you.

What you'll do

  • Provide admission, care management, and follow-up visits using the nursing process: assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate.
  • Build the plan of care for new patients and keep it current with our interdisciplinary team.
  • Deliver hands-on nursing care, including physical assessment, medication management and administration, wound care, IV therapy, tube feeding, durable medical equipment setup and training, patient education, and comfort care.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, PAs, nurse practitioners, home health aides, physical and occupational therapists, and other clinicians.
  • Keep each patient's physician updated on care needs and progress.
  • Supervise LPNs, home health aides, and personal home care aides as needed.
  • Teach patients and families the home care procedures and safety strategies that keep patients safe at home.
  • Maintain full compliance with HIPAA and all state and federal regulations.
  • Document clinical notes clearly and concisely.

What you'll bring

  • Active RN license in the State of Pennsylvania
  • CPR certification
  • At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance
  • Availability for an on-call rotation, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Prior home health experience preferred

What we offer

  • Flexible schedule
  • Biweekly pay
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • 401(k) with matching
  • Performance bonus
  • Referral program
  • Employee discount

At Anova, we're changing the way nurses work. Our people are our most important asset, so we invest heavily in their well-being. We respect that you have a life outside the job, and we want you to make the most of it while staying connected to our community. We do that by making the time you spend with us count.
