What are some typical challenges faced by a nanny when working with multiple children of different ages?

Nannies who care for children of varying ages often navigate challenges such as balancing the diverse needs of each child and managing conflicting schedules or routines. For example, younger children may require more hands-on attention, while older children might need help with homework or have extracurricular activities. Effective communication, organization, and flexibility are key to providing quality care and ensuring that all children's emotional and developmental needs are met. Building a strong rapport with both the children and their parents also helps in addressing these challenges proactively.
