Description
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lb.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or plant environment, including exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and production areas.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, internship, or extracurricular experiences.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness and ability to travel and temporarily relocate between facilities during the training process.
- Must have or be willing and able to get a CDL.
- Right to work in the U.S. not based solely on possession of a student visa or visa sponsored by a third part employer.
- Experience leading projects or teams in academic or professional settings.
- Prior experience in feed milling operations, manufacturing or production.
- Will be exposed to the elements depending on task at hand
- Will be required to climb ladders and work on elevated platforms.
- Work somewhat close to other people, such as when sharing workspace.
- Base pay: $59,000 - $70,000 + bonus
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
