Outside Sales Representative - Feed & Grain Industry
Territory: NE, IA, MO, KS, SD
Are you a relationship-driven salesperson who thrives on the road and enjoys helping customers solve real-world problems? Join Express Feed & Grain Parts, a trusted supplier in the agriculture and material handling industry and play a key role in keeping feed mills and grain operations running efficiently.
What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll manage and grow customer relationships across a five-state territory. You'll work directly with feed mills, grain elevators, processors, and maintenance teams-helping them find the right parts and solutions to keep their operations productive.
  • Build long-term partnerships with existing customers
  • Develop new business within agricultural and industrial markets
  • Recommend replacement parts, maintenance items, and equipment solutions
  • Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and close sales
  • Travel regularly throughout your territory and represent Express at industry events

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience (industrial or agricultural preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn technical products
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
