The Rams are looking for a Videographer/Editor responsible for providing support to our video team in filming and/or editing video content for the Rams digital and social platforms as well as for external broadcast partners. This role will be a key team player, providing support to the video production team in a variety of capacities including but not limited to shooting and editing video footage, asset logging and management, equipment maintenance and select production logistics. In this role, you'll shoot and edit original, thoughtful, and engaging stories that grow the brand and connect fans to the Rams organization. Additionally, you should have a keen eye for how to expand storytelling opportunities through social-first amplification. This individual will have a passion for honing their storytelling capabilities and be willing to roll up their sleeves to help the Rams create content that brings to life both football and non-football narratives.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Capture and/or edit video content from home games, community appearances, player shoots, press conferences, podcasts, and a variety of other projects.
  • Actively involved in various projects - work in collaboration with Producers and Editors to create content as needed.
  • May own content capture for smaller projects such as select community events - will be required to travel on site and manage all aspects of content capture and production.
  • Work closely with the Producers to review and iterate on work, take guidance and feedback on creative direction and execution, and apply it to final output.
  • Work home games and travel with team to away games to capture and/or edit video content.
  • Work with partnerships management team to execute on contracted assets and sold content pieces - ensure content meets partnerships' needs.
  • Assist with camera and editing equipment including inventory, packing, and upkeep.
  • Contribute to logging Rams footage using specific formatting and strong attention to detail in Adobe Premiere.
  • Stay ahead of evolving editing styles, cultural trends, and platform best practices to keep Rams Studios at the cutting edge.
  • Willingness to be a team player to fulfill different project roles as needed in order to operate efficiently as a team.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in video editing and cinematography required (3+ years).
  • Experience shooting with and editing media from professional cinema cameras including ARRI, Canon, Sony and RED Cinema cameras.
  • Experience in lighting set-ups.
  • Strong on-set etiquette and professionalism when working with players, talent, executives, partners, and production crews.
  • Ability to travel during the season to away games and in the off season for feature shoots
  • Experience with Gimbal operation preferred
  • Flexible schedule required to successfully complete job requirements, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift 35-50lbs for prolonged amount of time
  • Video editing experience on Mac with Adobe Premiere, with knowledge on how to input music, dialogue, graphics and effects.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects preferred
  • Discretion and trustworthiness related to sensitive football-related material.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail.
  • Creative mind, storytelling skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be proactive and think creatively. Bring a willingness to go above and beyond to finish the job under deadline pressure.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects.
  • Collaborate and communicate as part of a team.
  • Ability to work and complete solo projects as needed.
  • Previous experience working in professional sports leagues is a plus.
  • Knowledge and a passion for the NFL is ideal.
  • Transportation to and from work/events at all hours and times of the week. The Rams require 4 days in office per week (Monday - Thursday).

Salary: $70,304/yr. - $72,500/yr.
