Job Description

The AAOS/UX Engineer will be responsible for Intuitive In-Vehicle Interface Design, designing intuitive in-vehicle interfaces, ensuring driver safety compliance, and optimizing touchscreen interactions for automotive environment. The goal is to reduce Driver distraction, improves user satisfaction, ensures safety standards compliances, and enhances overall vehicle experience.
- Develop user interfaces optimized for automotive environments, considering screen size, layout, and interaction patterns.
- Ensure clarity, responsiveness, and accessibility across all infotainment features.
Must have experience with some or all of the following to support the development of AAOS-based apps to scale and grow implementations:
- Android Virtual Device
- Android Virtual Device as a development platform
- Build your own cloud emulator
- Emulator USB passthrough guide
- USB Port Reset and Bandwidth APIs
- Pixel 4a (5G) and Pixel 5 as development platforms
