About the Role
A leading media and entertainment organization is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer to help scale and optimize its modern data environment across high-traffic digital, streaming, and consumer platforms.
This role will focus heavily on Databricks, data modeling, forecasting, and analytics enablement - helping build scalable datasets and frameworks that support audience, content, subscription, and revenue analytics.
You'll partner closely with Analytics, Data Engineering, and Business stakeholders to improve data quality, structure, accessibility, and overall analytics maturity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the team's Databricks environment and analytics data models
  • Build scalable, high-quality datasets and transformation frameworks
  • Partner with Data Engineering teams to improve upstream pipelines and architecture
  • Establish standards for data modeling, QA/testing, and documentation
  • Develop forecasting models related to audience, traffic, subscriptions, or revenue
  • Mentor analysts on production-quality SQL and analytics engineering best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize high-impact analytics initiatives

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields
