We are seeking an experienced Data Solutions Product Owner – AI & Analytics to drive the delivery of AI, analytics, business intelligence, and data product initiatives across a global manufacturing organization. This role will partner with business and technical teams to identify opportunities, define product requirements, manage delivery, and ensure successful adoption of data-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Business Analysis
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI, analytics, BI, and data product opportunities.
  • Define business problems, user needs, KPIs, success metrics, and expected business value.
  • Develop and support business cases for analytics and AI initiatives.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and organizational readiness.
 Product Ownership
  • Serve as the Product Owner for approved AI and analytics solutions.
  • Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Work closely with IT, data engineering, analytics, and AI teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
  • Ensure solutions meet business objectives and are delivered on schedule.
 Requirements & Testing
  • Lead workshops with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements.
  • Define KPIs, reporting requirements, business rules, workflows, and AI outputs.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and quality standards.
 Adoption & Continuous Improvement
  • Support deployment and adoption of AI and analytics products across business teams.
  • Develop training materials, user documentation, and adoption plans.
  • Monitor product usage, user feedback, and business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and scale successful solutions.
 Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and product roadmap updates.
  • Participate in governance meetings and provide progress reports.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
 Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role supporting AI, analytics, BI, or data products.
  • Strong experience translating business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation, analytics, or AI initiatives.
  • Understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and AI-driven business solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
  • Understanding of regulated environments and data governance principles is a plus.
 Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing systems such as SAP, MES, LIMS, QMS, or CMMS.
  • Experience with Power BI, operational dashboards, and KPI reporting.
  • Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, or Generative AI solutions.
