Usually leading a team of analysts, your job duties include developing data analysis strategies, tracking and reporting on performance, implementing tools and solutions, and overseeing all analytics operations. You must stay up-to-date on current industry trends. Strong communication and analytical skills are required. Other qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in statistics, data management, or information technology and proven career experience in market research, statistical modelings, or project management.

How does an analytics manager typically collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business insights?

Analytics Managers frequently work alongside teams such as marketing, product development, finance, and operations to translate data into actionable business strategies. They facilitate meetings to understand stakeholder goals, guide data collection efforts, and present findings in a way that's accessible to non-technical audiences. Join us and make an impact!

About the Role

3E is looking for an Marketing Analytics Manager to help transform how our Marketing organization measures performance, understands what is driving results, and turns those insights into action.

This is a distinctive opportunity for someone who combines deep marketing analytics expertise with hands-on AI-building experience. You’ll own recurring measurement across channels, pipeline, marketing spend, attribution, KPIs, and targets, moving the team beyond monitoring what happened to explaining why it happened, whether results are repeatable, and what we should do next. At the same time, you’ll take ownership of an established AI-enabled operating model, improving the applications, automations, connections, and self-service capabilities already supporting our go-to-market organization.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and works closely with Growth Marketing, SDR, Revenue Operations, and AI and technical stakeholders. You’ll join an environment where experimentation, continuous improvement, ownership, and practical AI adoption are encouraged. The opportunity is roughly 60% marketing analytics, reporting, measurement, and stakeholder partnership and 40% AI and automation, with AI embedded throughout the work. These elements also connect naturally with 3E’s emphasis on ownership, operational excellence, communication, and adaptability.

Location: This position supports remote work, within the Eastern time zone.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve Marketing’s reporting ecosystem, establishing a reliable cadence for pipeline, channel, marketing-spend, attribution, KPI, and target-performance reporting.

  • Turn reporting into decision support by investigating performance drivers, identifying trends and opportunities, and recommending practical actions to Marketing and business leaders.

  • Build executive-ready reporting and lead performance readouts that explain what happened, why it happened, and what should happen next.

  • Partner with channel owners to connect marketing investment and campaign performance to buying-stage outcomes, pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition, and conversion.

  • Develop reporting across paid media, digital, web, email, events, partner, ABM, lifecycle, organic, and other marketing programs.

  • Develop and apply attribution models and measurement frameworks that help teams understand the buyer journey and make more informed investment decisions.

  • Build AI-driven reporting solutions that automate data preparation, analysis, narrative generation, insight identification, and recurring business readouts.

  • Design, ship, maintain, and improve AI agents, skills, applications, integrations, and automations that support Marketing operations and campaign execution.

  • Take ownership of the existing operating model in Claude, including approximately 25 live skills and 15 data connections, and improve its reliability and usefulness.

  • Maintain and optimize AI-enabled dashboards, connections, automations, and self-service reporting capabilities across the GTM organization.

  • Collaborate across Marketing, SDR, Revenue Operations, and technical teams to align data definitions, reporting logic, system requirements, and measures of success.

  • Apply sound judgment to AI and analytical outputs, validating data quality and recommendations rather than relying on AI outputs at face value.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, revenue analytics, marketing operations, or a closely related field.

  • At least 1 year of consistent, hands-on experience building business AI applications, agents, or automations that connect with data or operating systems and remain in ongoing use. Experience limited to prompting or standalone AI tools is not sufficient for this role.

  • Strong hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing reporting, campaign measurement, pipeline analysis, marketing spend, and attribution.

  • Working knowledge of multiple attribution models and the judgment to explain their strengths, limitations, and appropriate applications.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce reporting structures, campaign hierarchy, and data-quality practices.

  • The ability to build and maintain AI-enabled reporting workflows, dashboards, integrations, and self-service tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the curiosity to question results, test assumptions, and reverse-engineer the drivers behind performance.

  • Experience translating complex data, technical concepts, and AI outputs into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences.

  • Experience preparing and presenting team- and leadership-level analysis readouts, performance reviews, or executive business updates.

  • A proactive, collaborative approach and comfort working through ambiguity, experimenting with new approaches, and taking ownership of outcomes.

  • Based in the US in one of the states where 3E is authorized to hire, and eligible to work without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Claude Code and Claude Cowork, or comparable AI-assisted development and collaboration environments.

  • Experience with low-code or no-code automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.

  • Experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, semantic models, and/or DAX.

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or the broader Microsoft Power Platform.

  • SQL experience and familiarity with data warehouses, APIs, or modern marketing data stacks.

  • Experience in a high-growth, B2B technology, SaaS, or private equity-backed environment.

Our US Benefits Include:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Life insurance and disability coverage

  • Open PTO and parental leave

  • 401(k) plan with company matching

  • Employee assistance program

  • Voluntary supplemental benefits (Accident, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness)

3E is currently authorized to hire in the following U.S. states:
