Job description

ADP is searching for a Manager of Digital Marketing Analytics & Insights. This position will be responsible for end-to-end performance measurement of ADP's website performance and organic digital marketing efforts. This includes all actions from documenting business requirements, data wrangling, development of insightful reports/dashboards, providing valuable insights, and actionable recommendations on how to improve or grow digital initiatives. Successful candidates will have a good understanding of digital marketing measurement / analytics. This includes experience with B2B inbound leads, CRO, SEO, visitor behavior, and E-commerce digital sale/onboarding analytics and reporting. He/she must be able to interpret complex results of large-scale data driven marketing campaigns/initiatives. He/she should be comfortable leading complex initiatives from start to finish independently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the mining, analysis, and interpretation of data to develop actionable insights for complex business challenges
  • Design, develop, and implement intuitive dashboards designed for easy consumption by business stakeholders
  • Enhance / maintain existing population of dashboards and shared data sets
  • Present findings/results to various stakeholders including senior leadership across marketing and sales
  • Partner effectively with a variety of business stakeholders including marketing, sales, operations, and external vendors
  • Partner with marketing operations to create new or enhance digital marketing data tables
  • Enhance analytical processes including data flows, dashboards, and forecasts.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses as opportunities arise
