By combining population health analytics, community engagement, and strategic planning, you'll help identify emerging health needs, evaluate the effectiveness of key initiatives, and guide decisions that improve the lives of individuals and entire communities.If you're passionate about using data to solve complex challenges, collaborating across disciplines, and driving measurable change, we'd love to have you on our team.What You'll DoAs the Population Health Analytics & Community Insights Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership for analytics, program evaluation, and community health planning that support University Health's mission to improve the health of our communities.In this role, you will:
  • Lead the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of data supporting population health, community health improvement, health equity, and value-based care initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, performance metrics, and reporting tools that measure program success, community health outcomes, utilization trends, and quality indicators.
  • Analyze Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) findings, demographic trends, epidemiological data, and social drivers of health to identify priority populations and strategic opportunities.
  • Translate complex healthcare and community datasets into meaningful recommendations that support executive leadership, operational teams, and community partners.
  • Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs) and related implementation strategies.
  • Facilitate collaborative planning sessions and engage healthcare providers, public health agencies, nonprofit organizations, academic institutions, and community stakeholders to align initiatives with identified community priorities.
  • Build strong partnerships that support innovative approaches to reducing health disparities, improving preventive care, and addressing social drivers of health.
  • Serve as a trusted analytical resource for leadership by providing evidence-based insights that guide organizational strategy and community investment.
  • Develop standardized methodologies for data collection, program evaluation, and outcome measurement.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and recommend opportunities to improve performance, strengthen community impact, and advance organizational goals.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that communicate findings clearly and support informed decision-making.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in healthcare analytics, public health, population health, community health, program evaluation, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of population health principles, epidemiology, health equity, social drivers of health, and community health improvement frameworks.
  • Experience analyzing healthcare, public health, or community-level data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and healthcare reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams and community partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Public Health (MPH), Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs), population health reporting, community benefit initiatives, or value-based care programs.
  • Knowledge of healthcare quality metrics, community benefit reporting, and public health data systems.
  • Experience developing interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and healthcare analytics tools.
  • Project Management certification.
  • Experience collaborating with community-based organizations and multi-sector partnerships.
