Job Summary:

The Analytics Solution Associate role involves providing oversight and analytical support for pricing functions, developing automated workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Review and disposition exceptions across critical pricing control functions โ€” including fees, interest, product trade, and refunds โ€” ensuring accuracy and timely resolution from identification through closure.
โ€ข Develop automated analytical workflows using SAS, Alteryx, Python, and SQL to triage, prioritize, and disposition exceptions more efficiently.
โ€ข Build and maintain scalable automated workflows leveraging tools such as Alteryx, Python, SQL, Snowflake, and related data platforms.
โ€ข Evaluate and ideate opportunities to apply AI, generative AI, and intelligent automation to improve investigative analysis, control documentation, operating procedures, knowledge retrieval, issue summarization, and workflow efficiency.
โ€ข Support the development of monitoring and decision-support solutions, including rule-based automation, anomaly detection, and AI-assisted productivity use cases.
โ€ข Collaborate with senior analysts, pricing managers, and cross-functional teams to resolve customer-facing issues, support remediations, and respond to pricing-related business inquiries.
โ€ข Present complex analytical findings and process recommendations clearly and compellingly to process owners and business stakeholders at all levels.
โ€ข Manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed on time without compromising quality.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related analytical field.
โ€ข Demonstrated experience developing automation frameworks and end-to-end analytical solutions using Alteryx, Python, SAS, and Snowflake.
โ€ข 5+ years of experience with SAS, Snowflake, and/or Python for data analysis, automation, workflow optimization, or reporting enhancements.
โ€ข Ability to resolve complex assignments with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
โ€ข Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
โ€ข Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
โ€ข Knowledge of mainframe systems such as TSYS.
โ€ข Experience with AI-enabled operational transformation, workflow orchestration, and reporting automation, including intelligent automation and generative AI productivity use cases.
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience in card pricing, financial products, or banking analytics.
โ€ข Familiarity with enterprise AI enablement, LLM-assisted workflows, or automation transformation programs.
