Job description


Kraft Heinz is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Customer Data & Analytics to join our Kroger team and play a critical role in supporting our broader sales team. This role will champion data literacy across multiple teams, facilitate training, gather feedback for solution improvements, and overall data analytics needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day reporting and coordinate sales analysis and presentation needs
  • Ability to learn and manage internal Kraft Heinz systems - Compass
  • Provide guidance and direction on reporting needs, focus areas, and continuous improvement
  • Review and optimize data communication needs and reporting as needed
  • Collaborate with sales and growth managers to integrate qualitative data and provide holistic insights
  • dentify opportunities for account teams and develop new ways to use attribution to drive value and speed of insights delivery

Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Kroger systems - Trade Point, Stratum, M6
  • Ability to analyze large data sets, apply data validation and synthesis methods, and provide key insights
  • Commercial background and social skills to understand context and drive analytic solutions
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, listening, and people skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Preferences:
  • Understanding of BI Dashboard tools, preferably Power BI
  • Previous experience in the CPG industry or working with Kroger

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid office role with limited travel, working in an open workspace. The schedule is salaried and exempt, requiring flexibility to meet customer and internal expectations.
Physical Demands:
Willingness to drive and/or travel as needed (2-3x year max)
Ability to operate a computer and view screens for the majority of the work schedule

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$89,800.00 - $112,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
