About the Role:
As a CBRE Agency Asset Analyst, you will be responsible for performing basic support, moderate research and financial evaluations of multifamily properties, loans, and portfolios.
This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
What You'll Do:
  • Act as a point of contact for departmental support.
  • Monitor a portfolio of small loans. Perform quarterly financial statement reports and reviews of 3rd party inspections. Present recommendations on observations to management.
  • Tracks loan events such as interest-only expiration, hedge expirations, and loan maturity. Review potential impacts on performance.
  • Provide customer service support to team and clients. Work with loan servicing companies to meet client needs and requests. Gather and organize financial statement information, property inspections, immediate repairs, and other reports for the team.
  • Assist with performing mandated inspections of assigned properties as required.
  • Performs inspections of assigned properties as required.
  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work.

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required. Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Inspection Certification preferred. Will be required to obtain and meet Fannie/Freddie certification requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Suite Products including: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and timelines. Responsible for setting own project timelines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
