AmeriTech Staffing is seeking a recruiter with a strong welding background to help identify, evaluate, and place skilled welding professionals with our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a former Welding Foreman, Lead Welder, Shop Supervisor, or Welding Manager looking to transition into a professional office environment while leveraging their industry expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, screen, and interview welding and fabrication candidates.
  • Evaluate welding skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Match candidates with client job opportunities.
  • Build relationships with welders, fabricators, and industry professionals.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting activity.
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous welding experience required.
  • Foreman, Lead Welder, Shop Supervisor, or Shop Management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes, fabrication, and shop operations.
