How you'll make an impact in this roleDrive life-saving interventions by implementing and adapting patient care plans in real-time within a fast-paced emergency environment.
Champion the patient's journey by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (Physicians, Specialists, and Techs) to ensure seamless, high-quality transitions of care.
Monitor and interpret complex patient conditions, acting as the primary advocate by communicating critical status changes to the medical team immediately.
Orchestrate comprehensive discharge and follow-up strategies to ensure patients and their families are supported and prepared for the next stage of recovery.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
