Position Overview:

Joyce Factory Direct is looking for outgoing, energetic individuals to join our Neighborhood Marketing team. In this role, you'll engage with homeowners in neighborhoods surrounding active Joyce projects, retail events, and community outreach opportunities to generate interest in our home remodeling services and schedule free in-home consultations for our Design Consultants.
This is a fast-paced, team-oriented opportunity perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, staying active, and earning based on performance. Every neighborhood is different, every day stays active, and your effort directly impacts your success. No experience? No problem - we provide paid training and opportunities for growth.
What You'll Do:
• Engage with homeowners in neighborhoods surrounding active Joyce projects
• Set up and assist with neighborhood marketing stations, tents, and events
• Speak with homeowners about Joyce products and services
• Schedule free in-home design consultations for our sales team
• Help create energy and excitement in the communities we serve
• Work closely with team leaders and marketing staff to hit performance goals
• Represent the company professionally and positively in the field
