Job description

Responsibilities:
•    Responsible for maintaining sanitary condition of dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, and pans
•    Maintains temperatures and ensures dishwasher has appropriate soap and drying agents 
•    Contributes to a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment at all times
•    Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
•    Stocks delivered food and non-food items
•    Empty and clean garbage bins and breakdown of all boxes
•    Keeps kitchen floors clean (sweep and mop) and empty trash cans 
•    Cleans worktables, equipment, walls, refrigerator, and other food prep surfaces
•    Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment
•    Restock towel dispensers and soap dispensers
•    Assist with food preparation as needed including washing, cutting, preparing and clean up
•    Be flexible with other duties as assigned
