We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Process Technician to join our fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians, coordinating between inbound and outbound processes, and ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for process improvement to drive our team's success in meeting service level agreements and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

- Mentor, lead and develop a team of technicians with a focus on safety, people, quality, planning and sustainability every day
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and service level agreements
- Facilitate shift handovers and communicate important information to transportation, quality, planners, procurement, and other related departments to resolve problems
- Provide performance coaching and support to team members
- Oversee and coordinate inbound and/or outbound processes
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper equipment usage
- Monitor and prioritize urgent requests and high-priority tasks
- Collaborate with your team on process improvements
- Maintain quality control and accuracy in the warehouse operations
- Ensure proper inventory management and storage practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain operational efficiency

As a Lead Process Technician, you'll play a vital role in managing daily warehouse operations, working closely with our technicians to ensure smooth operations. Your day involves monitoring inbound and/or outbound processes, from coordinating inbound receiving to overseeing order fulfillment, while maintaining service level agreements and quality standards

You'll act as a key problem-solver, addressing urgent requests, and ensuring proper labor distribution across different areas. The role requires constant communication with various stakeholders to track performance metrics, and implement adjustments to meet operational targets.
