Created 36 years ago, the PCA Group of Companies (PCA) is a privately owned, global beauty holding company. Currently being led by the founders and the next generation of the family, the Group spans ~1500 employees in 5 geographic locations around the world, focused on omnichannel distribution and fulfillment for the beauty category. Multiple subsidiaries with a distinct leadership, business direction, and separate financial structure.

Summary:

We are looking for a strong and hands-on Ecommerce Account Manager, Amazon Seller Central & Marketplaces to manage and grow our marketplace business across major online platforms.

The main focus of this role is Amazon Seller Central and Marketplaces. Direct hands-on experience with both platforms is required. The right person must understand how to manage day-to-day account activity, product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, sales performance, account health, and marketplace issues.

This person will also support other marketplaces such as Walmart Marketplace, Walmart DSV, TikTok Shop, eBay, and other ecommerce platforms. We are looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts, SKUs, deadlines, and internal communication.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands ecommerce operations, knows how marketplaces work, and wants to be part of a fast-moving beauty and consumer products business

This is an in-house role, working Monday - Friday 9am-6pm (Ronkonkoma, NY)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day ecommerce account activity across Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay, and other marketplace platforms
  • Own product setup, item maintenance, content updates, pricing updates, promotions, inventory monitoring, and account health follow-up
  • Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion, inventory levels, buy box status, listing quality, and marketplace issues
  • Work closely with internal teams, including purchasing, warehouse, operations, marketing content, finance, and customer service, to make sure accounts are running smoothly
  • Review and resolve marketplace issues, including suppressed listings, pricing errors, inventory issues, chargebacks, claims, compliance requests, and account notifications
  • Support new item launches, product uploads, content improvement, and marketplace expansion opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports, account updates, performance summaries, and action plans for internal review
  • Track marketplace promotions, seasonal opportunities, and key events such as Prime Day, holiday sales, TikTok campaigns, and Walmart promotional periods
  • Communicate with marketplace representatives, vendor managers, internal teams, and external partners when needed
  • Use Excel daily for reporting, analysis, item tracking, pricing, inventory updates, and account management
  • Identify risks early and follow up quickly to avoid lost sales, listing issues, or account delays
  • Look for ways to improve sales, listings, operations, content, and overall account performance

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 4 years of ecommerce account management or marketplace experience preferred
  • Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central is required
  • Experience with Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay, or similar marketplaces is strongly preferred
  • Beauty or consumer products experience preferred, but not required
  • Good understanding of product listings, item setup, pricing, inventory, promotions, chargebacks, account health, and marketplace operations
  • Strong reporting & Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, formulas, and large data files is required
  • Strong written & verbal communications skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as warehouse, operations, purchasing, marketing, finance, and customer service
  • Ability to manage many SKUs, deadlines, and account requests at the same time
