We are looking for world class candidates to help Telecom industry achieve the modernization of their IT, OSS and BSS stacks Globally.
Your primary objective is to drive exponential growth and develop AWS-Native and Partner joint go-to-market with AWS. By helping establishing and growing business and technical relationships, you will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall market adoption of AWS IT, OSS and BSS solution for Telco Sector Globally.
The ideal candidate will possess a business background that enables them to liaise at the CXO level and a sales background that enables them to easily interact with Enterprise customers and field reps. He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, and to help build and convey compelling value propositions

Experience working within Telco Sector and Specifically in IT, OSS and BSS domains will be highly desired together with knowledge of Main Frame modernization.
Key job responsibilities
Work backwards from the customer's C-suite and articulate strong, high-grow strategic deals, as well back-feed field insights to AWS Service Teams, Marketing, AWS Services and Partner organization as well as AWS Professional Services.
Define and execute high impact, business development and go-to-market programs including partners.
Define and deliver industry solutions and supporting collateral.
Liaise with the AWS field sales organization, channels and end customers to help create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS.
Help create and execute a key business development plan for target markets and ensure alignment with the AWS strategic direction and working with key internal stakeholders.
The candidate should possess extensive experience in sales, business, strategic account management in telecom industry.
Build and articulate business plans with internal and external stakeholders.
Engage, influence, and present to C-level executives.
Experience presenting and articulating complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to build a territory strategy to ensure both short and long-term goals, objectives and targets are met.
Open to travel up to 75% of the time.
Experience working within virtual and cross functional teams

On daily basis you will scout the industry , customers and partners to seek where we can maximize out impact through the adoption of AWS Native Services and best practices in Application migration and modernization. You will follow up on ongoing customer engagements , create and update sales enablement collaterals and work on strategic initiatives for the year.
