Amazon Leo is building a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites designed to deliver low-latency, high-speed broadband access to underserved and unserved communities around the world. Amazon Leo is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to support strategic commercial customer agreements, technology transactions, and commercial engagements that help power this global connectivity mission.
As Corporate Counsel, you will negotiate and structure complex commercial transactions that support Amazon Leo's growing portfolio of enterprise customers, channel partners, and mobility-related engagements. You will work closely with business, product, and operations teams on high-impact agreements that shape Amazon Leo's commercial strategy.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of satellite technology, telecommunications, emerging technology, and sophisticated commercial transactions within one of Amazon's most ambitious innovation initiatives.
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S

citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Some domestic and international travel will be required.
Key job responsibilities
- Draft and lead negotiations for strategic enterprise agreements, commercial transactions, technology partnerships, and channel partner agreements supporting Amazon Leo's global connectivity business, with a focus on mobility engagements
- Advise business teams on legal, commercial, operational, and strategic considerations associated with large-scale customer and partnership engagements
- Develop practical and scalable legal frameworks that enable rapid business growth while appropriately managing organizational risk
- Partner cross-functionally with product, business development, operations, and compliance to support evolving commercial models and international expansion initiatives
- Help build efficient legal processes that support fast-moving technology and infrastructure businesses

Your day will combine strategic commercial counseling, sophisticated transaction negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration

You will work directly with business leaders and partner teams to structure enterprise agreements, support complex customer and channel partner negotiations, and advise on emerging commercial and operational issues tied to satellite connectivity and global infrastructure expansion.
